Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Visipill Inspect, a service operated by Visipill, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

Who may use the service

Visipill Inspect is for licensed consultant pharmacists and the practices they work through. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for everything done under your account, and for keeping your password to yourself.

What the service does, and what it does not

The service records medication-area inspections and produces reports and invoices from what you enter. It does not perform inspections, give regulatory advice, or certify compliance. Professional judgement about a facility is yours. A report is a record of what you observed, not our opinion about whether a facility is compliant.

Your content

Inspection data, photographs and signatures you upload remain yours. You grant us only the access needed to store them, generate your reports and invoices, and send them where you direct. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train anything.

Do not upload patient information. The service is designed so that none is needed, and the photo capture screen says so. You are responsible for ensuring the images and notes you upload contain no patient identifiers.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled.
Plans include a set number of finalized reports per billing period. Reports beyond that are charged at the plan’s per-report rate. Drafts are free, and re-sending a report you have already finalized is always free.
You can change plans or cancel at any time from the Membership page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period, and your finalized reports remain available to you.
Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before a renewal.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your reports.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or regulatory penalties, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
